The role
As a Supervising Electrical Engineer - Critical Facilities, you will serve as the Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.
You will supervise and mentor staff, oversee design and project engineering tasks, and contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
Key duties include managing construction administration (field reports, RFIs, bulletins, addenda) and coordinating monthly project invoicing with accounting.
Establish and enforce design standards, specifications, and criteria; lead system design work and prepare analyses and reports of building options.
Required: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, PE licensure, 12+ years in a consulting environment, 3 years of supervisory experience, and hands-on CAD/REVIT proficiency with healthcare design experience.
Preferred: experience with Critical Facilities, Commercial, and Aviation projects; responsibilities also cover proposals, project contracts, and participation in firm-wide expert teams.
