The role
Line 1: Lead and implement operational and distribution initiatives as a management consultant–style practitioner, partnering with client teams to drive sustainable performance and profitability.
Line 2: Travel 100% of the time (Sunday–Friday) to designated project locations to deliver on-site transformational work.
Line 3: Coach frontline managers and supervisors to adopt behavioral changes that improve productivity, quality, service, and efficiency.
Line 4: Analyze key business drivers, collect data, and present actionable insights with metrics to guide organizational decision-making.
Line 5: Identify waste in time and resources, assist with tool building or modification, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to unlock opportunities.
Line 6: Foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and empower staff through self-reflection of processes and roles for long-term sustainability.
