Fit-Out Estimator

A Fit-Out Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and supporting tender submissions for commercial interior and refurbishment projects. They review tender documents, drawings, and specifications, obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct site visits when needed. The role involves identifying cost-saving opportunities, producing commercial documentation, and liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process. Candidates need proven experience in the sector, strong technical and commercial skills, and proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office. They should interpret technical drawings, manage multiple tenders, and be familiar with construction methods and materials. This position requires a proactive individual capable of working independently and within team environments.
