The role
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary software engineering team responsible for building scalable Java-based payment services and data platforms that serve a global base.
Own end-to-end software delivery: design robust architectures, partner with product, DevOps, and QA, and ship features from concept to production.
Build and operate cloud-native microservices in AWS/GCP using Kubernetes, MongoDB, Redis, and modern software practices.
Contribute to the next generation of payment technologies including Real-Time Payments, BNPL, and broad transaction platforms while upholding security and scalability.
Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India, with in-office collaboration and global stakeholder engagement.
Requires 11+ years of relevant experience, technical leadership, expertise in Java and cloud platforms, and a proven record of driving automation and GenAI initiatives.
