The role
Lead quantitative measurement efforts for platform payments, focusing on hypothesis generation and causal inference frameworks.
Develop and apply experimental, quasi-experimental, and econometric methods to quantify the impact of interventions.
Design and evaluate predictive models for classification, segmentation, and interpretation of user behavior using Python, R, and SQL.
Create robust data products and metrics that balance trade-offs and enable long-term impact analysis.
Communicate findings with clear narratives and visualizations to a broad set of stakeholders, driving cross-functional impact.
Think strategically about scalability of measurement platforms and data-driven product decisions in a complex two-sided marketplace.
