The role
Analyze large data sets to deliver actionable insights for global logistics performance.
Develop metrics and dashboards to track initiatives, identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate data-driven findings into narratives for senior stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Operations and Tech to roll out new operational initiatives and capabilities.
Engage with carriers to identify data issues, trends, and root causes, driving network improvements.
