The role
Lead the core ML stack for a new global consumer AI product, shaping model choices, data strategy, and long-term architecture.
Own end-to-end pipelines from data collection to training, evaluation, and scalable inference deployment.
Design architectures or adapt frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible) and apply state-of-the-art fine-tuning methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO).
Build scalable inference systems (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed) and robust data tooling for high-quality synthetic and real data.
Develop alignment, safety, and guardrail strategies; design evaluation frameworks for performance, safety, and bias.
Own deployment optimization, latency, scaling policies, and help steer early product direction and use cases.
