The role
A Residential Conveyancing Paralegal is sought to join a well-established conveyancing team in Newark, Nottinghamshire. The role involves managing a varied caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and scheme-related transactions such as help to buy and shared ownership. The successful candidate will demonstrate at least two years' experience in residential conveyancing, with skills in handling exchange and completion and familiarity with Land Registry and lender portals. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and client-focused demeanour are essential to excel in this position.
