The role
Lead the design and deployment of robust, scalable ML systems across production data pipelines and on-chain data sources.
Explore cutting-edge ML approaches including deep learning, large language models, and graph neural networks to tackle fraud detection, feed ranking, recommendations, targeting, chatbots, and blockchain mining.
Build low-maintenance solutions with a strong emphasis on reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
Create onboarding codelabs, tools, and infrastructure to democratize access to ML resources across the organization, fostering a culture of widespread ML utilization.
Collaborate with data, risk, product, and infrastructure teams to ship high-impact ML features.
Demonstrate curiosity, clear communication, and a hands-on builder mindset while growing with a team of high-caliber engineers.
