The role
The HRIS Specialist manages and enhances the organisation's People systems, including HR, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Recruitment platforms. They ensure system functionality, streamline processes, and maintain high-quality People data to support decision-making. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimise workflows, deliver system upgrades, and promote user adoption through training and support. Ensuring data security, compliance with regulations, and producing meaningful metrics are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses experience with HR systems, process improvement, and data analytics, with strong organisational and technical skills. Technical proficiency in Power BI, system integration, and knowledge of UK employment law are highly valued.
