The role
Lead the design and implementation of scalable features and systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
Build high-performance APIs that integrate with both documented and undocumented banking interfaces.
Co-develop integrations and features with GenAI agents to accelerate delivery and elevate code quality.
Own cloud-native DevOps responsibilities, including design, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in AWS/Kubernetes/Docker with IaC and CI/CD.
Continuously experiment with Generative AI models and tools to improve API integration, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation.
Collaborate across teams, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and contribute to an AI-first engineering culture.
