The role
Oversee accounting operations for North America to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Guarantee US GAAP compliance across all accounting processes and reporting.
Lead monthly and annual close cycles, including provisioning for deferred revenue and depreciation.
Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance; coordinate external and internal audits.
Drive ERP and tooling improvements (Navision) to enhance scalability and reporting quality.
Partner with global teams on accounting transformation, automation initiatives, and ad-hoc projects.
