The role
Deliver exceptional retail customer service by assisting customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and mailing needs.
Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage and stock inventory, maintain the center's standards, and collaborate with couriers and vendors.
Respond to inquiries via in-person, email, and phone with clear, professional communication.
Balance multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Possess flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and comply with safety and operational requirements, with notary certification as applicable.
