Civils Pre-Construction Manager
Lead the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to contract award. Review tender documentation, specifications, and drawings to produce robust estimates and plans. Coordinate estimators, planners, and design consultants to deliver buildable, cost-effective solutions. Develop methodologies and programmes that optimise buildability and value while identifying and mitigating risks. Oversee value engineering opportunities and maintain strong commercial and contractual awareness. Ensure a smooth, structured handover to delivery teams and support bid submissions and client engagements.
