The role
The HR Operating Model Specialist supports large-scale HR transformation programmes by shaping and implementing effective operating models within complex organisations. They analyse end-to-end HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead change management initiatives. The role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders, delivering process optimisations, and contributing to business development activities like proposal writing and thought leadership. Candidates are expected to have experience in HR transformation, supporting HR systems, Payroll, and operational delivery, and hold relevant qualifications such as CIPD or Prince2. They should be proactive, analytical, a team player, and adaptable to different client environments and project demands.
