The role
An electrican specialising in building management systems is responsible for installing BMS on industrial and commercial projects across the country. The role involves working on-site, managing wiring and electrical systems, and carrying out testing and inspection tasks. Candidates should have experience in electrical work, containment, and wiring, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. The role requires a relevant qualification such as a City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology (Installation) or a similar qualification. Possession of a driving licence is essential, and opportunities to earn bonuses on projects are available. The position is full-time, on-site, with an emphasis on independent and team work within the construction industry.
