The role
Lead design and optimization of search quality to deliver the best user experience at scale.
Apply modern ML and information retrieval techniques for query understanding, ranking, and recommendations.
Develop core systems including query understanding, result ranking, and query recommendation with reliability.
Provide technical leadership to drive search strategy across recall, ranking, and system reliability.
Mentor teammates through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Work with multilingual and multi-modal data pipelines and real-time inference in distributed environments.
