The role
Lead and mentor a team delivering advanced AI and machine learning solutions in production environments.
Design, implement, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput systems that are highly available and scalable.
Drive architecture decisions for deploying ML models into production with strong governance and reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ship robust AI-powered applications.
Ensure systems are monitored, secure, and maintainable; leverage Kubernetes and Nomad for orchestration.
Work with Rust, fast data stores, and high-performance messaging to meet stringent latency targets.
