The role
Engage face-to-face with potential customers in a retail environment.
Educate consumers on current promotions and brand offerings.
Execute in-store marketing campaigns with professional presentation and high standards of customer service.
Act as the main point of contact for customer questions and support, generating leads and converting interest into sales.
Receive hands-on training in marketing, sales, and business operations with merit-based advancement in a fast-paced team.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred but not required; strong communication, willingness to learn, problem-solving, and adaptability.
