The role
As part of the Data Science organization, you will build and maintain a robust data foundation and metric system to ensure data quality across the data life cycle.
Define core business metrics, data sources, calculation methods, and update frequencies, collaborating with BPs, RD, QA, and DS teams to keep the system accurate and current.
Develop data monitoring and alerting, establish rapid response processes to promptly detect and resolve data anomalies and business issues.
Streamline and optimize data science workflows to improve DS team efficiency and external collaboration.
Apply data-driven analysis to identify critical business problems, drive insights, promote solutions, and implement improvements.
This role emphasizes data quality, governance, and scalable data systems to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
