The role
An established regional law firm in the South Midlands seeks an experienced employment lawyer to lead and develop its employment practice. The role involves managing a team, handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment cases, and influencing future practice directions. Candidates should possess strong legal skills, commercial judgement, and a proactive mindset to growth. Experience in advocacy or Tribunal work is advantageous but not essential, as the focus is on technical ability and leadership potential.
