Vice President, Legal:
Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents, provide legal analysis, and advise on regulatory matters.
Requires 4-6 years of financial services experience, strong contract drafting and negotiating skills, and securities law knowledge.
Juris Doctor degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
