The role
Trainee IT Support role based in Birmingham with a home-based, fully remote setup.
Kickstart your IT career through a structured traineeship with mentorship and 24/7 online study support.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing and configuring computer systems and applications.
You will provide end-user support, maintain IT equipment, monitor performance and security, and implement backup and recovery procedures.
Assist with network troubleshooting, document and track tickets and resolutions, and complete trainings from Step 1 to Step 3.
Salary ranges from £18,000 to £25,000 per year, with a guaranteed job offer upon successful completion of the program.
