The role
Serve as the welcoming face, managing check-in/out and first impressions.
Coordinate stylist schedules and balance walk-ins with scheduled appointments.
Master the reservation system, manage client profiles, and optimize bookings.
Rebook appointments at checkout, upsell products and services, and handle payments ethically.
Maintain front desk and salon cleanliness, supporting operations with a problem-solving mindset.
Collaborate with the Studio Manager, provide beverages, and contribute to a positive client experience.
