The role
We are seeking experienced remote interpreters for Portuguese-English OPI/VRI to support diverse communities.
Responsibilities include handling calls professionally, taking notes, and using healthcare vocabulary.
Provide accurate interpretation with no additions or omissions while delivering excellent customer service.
Must be fluent in English and a native speaker of Brazilian or European Portuguese, with medical terminology knowledge and optional legal terminology.
This is a fully remote role requiring a compliant technical setup (Windows 10, wired internet, dedicated workstation) and ongoing internal training.
Open to full-time or part-time schedules with immediate onboarding and opportunities for professional certifications.
