The role
Manage a diverse pre-litigation Lemon Law caseload with expert legal counsel and exceptional client service.
Evaluate statutes of limitations and audit newly signed cases for completeness.
Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective pre-litigation strategies.
Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements, and counsel clients through the pre-litigation process.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff, stay current on laws and industry developments, and maintain CA Bar membership in good standing while handling an aggressive caseload.
