The role
As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you will partner with a strategic customer to drive AI-driven transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will own end-to-end delivery from understanding needs to architecting solutions, prototyping, and rolling out to teams.
Embed with C-level and technical stakeholders to design scalable AI workflows and translate reality into actionable product insights.
Serve as a technical authority across Sales and Customer Success, shaping account strategy and producing PRDs that guide product direction.
Demonstrate hands-on leadership through platform configurations, custom scripting, and rapid prototyping while prioritizing long-term impact.
This hybrid role requires three days a week in the NYC office, with collaboration across a global team to drive revenue and trust.
