The role
Develop and customize state-of-the-art deep learning generative and multimodal models to enhance conversational shopping experiences.
Apply cutting-edge ML, statistical, and optimization techniques to solve NLP challenges across intelligent assistants, care channels, and multi-modal interfaces.
Build, validate, test, and deploy language models, combining ML techniques to explain or predict behavior and address business problems.
Mine large datasets to derive actionable insights, proposing modeling projects with potential high business impact.
Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to define interfaces, resolve dependencies, and build scalable, reliable systems.
Communicate model results through visuals and reports, while pursuing ongoing academic contributions via patents, publications, and external collaborations.
