The role
Provide privacy and data protection guidance for consumer platform product development, launch, and ongoing use across global markets.
Translate legal requirements into actionable advice for Product, UX, and Engineering, embedding privacy-by-design throughout.
Review and advise on content and digital product distribution terms, advertising collateral, user flows, and communications for compliance.
Ensure adherence to U.S. and international privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws, standards, and industry best practices.
Develop scalable processes for legal review of new product launches and collaborate across devices, web, ad tech, programming, and customer support teams.
Support privacy program governance and stay current on developments in privacy, data security, and data transfer practices.
