Systems Support Analyst
Provide first-line system support to the business user base, focusing on production issues and bug reproduction. Log bugs accurately with third-party providers and support UAT testing to validate new solutions. Collaborate with compliance to maintain technical documents and ensure regulatory adherence. Assist in maintaining and distributing insurance products using bespoke software house toolsets, and participate in production support. Work with product owners, analysts, and development teams to define technical solutions, apply version and change control, and drive continuous improvement. Deliver strong customer service under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, leveraging problem-solving skills and analytics.
