The role
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate pricing to support housing development projects in the NYC metro area.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for savings and value engineering.
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and schedules.
Analyze project data, maintain organized documentation, and ensure compliance with estimating standards.
Leverage estimating software and tools to produce reliable bids and maintain pricing integrity.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
