The role
The role involves leading and developing clinical pharmacy services across critical care, recovery, and operating theatres at Luton & Dunstable Hospital, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation to guarantee safe medicine use. The pharmacist will provide specialist pharmaceutical care, including non-medical prescribing, and contribute to clinical governance and audit activities. They will supervise junior staff, act as a professional role model, and develop expertise in critical care and anaesthesia.
