The role
Lead global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) for the digital operating environment, shaping strategy and framework to manage risk and enable innovation.
Oversee ISO 27002 alignment, GxP and SOX controls, audits, and CAPA management in collaboration with Quality, Finance, and Security.
Direct a diverse global team of staff and contractors, fostering a culture aligned with core values and continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders across Digital, Technology & Innovation, Compliance, Law, Privacy, and Quality to deliver timely, data-driven insights for senior decision-makers.
Champion AI risk governance and Responsible AI alignment, leading cross-functional council initiatives.
Manage budgets, resources, and service delivery across GRC tooling and processes, ensuring efficient risk management and regulatory compliance.
