The role
Lead and support engineering efforts to develop and launch manufacturing processes for powertrain NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.
Assess process changes and related investment requirements for cost studies; manage RFQs, sourcing, technical evaluations, and installation of equipment and filtration.
Support NM facilities, site preparation, and machine installation; coordinate program facilities to meet scope, timing, and cost targets.
Drive flow activities to ensure successful implementation and monitor outcomes against the Iron Triangle (Scope, Timing, Cost).
Implement SIS methodology with advanced SPW tools to enable systematic root-cause problem solving and standardization across plants.
Collaborate across North American plants to develop, build, and launch powertrain manufacturing processes while improving facilities infrastructure standards.
