The role
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering events at a major stadium and adjacent venues.
Collaborate with client representatives to establish objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
Partner with catering team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Manage communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maximize satisfaction.
Operate in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong organizational and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
