The role
Remote Senior Corporate Counsel focused on corporate law, handling M&A, governance, and securities matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and advise senior management on strategic legal issues.
Lead external counsel relationships, oversee litigation matters, and develop internal policies and procedures.
Support compliance with applicable laws and financial market regulations in a fully remote setting.
Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to translate legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
Operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a diverse and fast-growing tech-focused environment.
