The role
A reputable legal practice in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to work on corporate matters independently. The role involves advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, as well as drafting and reviewing agreements and conducting legal due diligence. The successful candidate will stay updated on legal and regulatory developments, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in business development activities. Candidates should have over three years of corporate fee-earning experience, strong technical competence, and excellent interpersonal skills.
