Deep Learning Architect, Generative AI Innovation Center

Join a cross-functional GenAI Innovation Center team to design, run experiments, and evaluate state-of-the-art generative AI solutions addressing real-world challenges. You will collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, develop, and evaluate generative AI approaches; interact with customers to understand business problems and guide adoption patterns from proof-of-concept to production; create and share best practice content, tutorials, sample code, and presentations for technical and executive audiences; provide customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape product direction. The role emphasizes responsible and cost-efficient use of generative AI, scalable architectures, and ongoing experimentation to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience.
