The role
Line 1: Lead and oversee a high-performing supplier risk management team to identify and mitigate risks across the supplier lifecycle.
Line 2: Drive regulatory compliance and risk governance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.
Line 3: Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies, vendor due diligence, and control testing to enhance risk visibility.
Line 4: Partner with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to design remediation plans and close control gaps.
Line 5: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance leadership to deliver continuous improvements in risk management practices.
Line 6: Communicate risk findings, escalation, and metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders to inform decision-making.
