The role
Oversee the compliance program for a financial institution, focusing on BSA/AML and risk management.
Manage compliance records, monitoring activities, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to address evolving compliance standards.
Provide guidance and supervision to staff, and coordinate training and audits as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to assess risk and report compliance status to senior management.
Requires a college degree related to business, BSA/AML certifications, and prior credit union experience.
