The role
Lead translational research projects leveraging large-scale real-world clinical data and multi-omic datasets.
Collaborate with computational scientists, engineers, and data production teams to design, validate, and refine data models and analytical workflows for research use.
Evaluate and integrate omic datasets within the data platform to maximize data value.
Define and document best practices for scientific use of the data, ensuring analytical rigor and reproducibility.
Communicate complex bioinformatics methods and findings clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical and genomics expertise.
Requires at least 3 years of post-PhD experience (or PhD with strong multi-omics data analysis), a track record of publications, and proficiency in SQL and data modeling in fast-paced environments.
