The role
Lead the development of ML models for semantic map element detection and perception mapping in real-time autonomous systems.
Curate, validate, and label datasets for training and validation, and design robust pipelines for model evaluation.
Research, implement, and train computer vision models using PyTorch and Python tools; optimize for onboard compute budgets.
Collaborate with validation teams to formulate model validation pipelines and ensure rigorous performance guarantees.
Integrate models into the onboard autonomy stack, maintain coding standards, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Provide technical leadership, mentor teammates, and drive ML development best practices across the project.
