The role
We are seeking a personable Optometric Tech to join the front desk team and greet patients warmly.
Responsibilities include insurance verification, check-in and check-out, and managing patient flow.
Perform pretesting procedures to support the optometrist and ensure accurate records.
Assist the optometrist during examinations and routine clinical tasks as needed.
Make confirmation calls and coordinate appointments with attention to detail.
