The role
Oversee daily shelter operations at a Bronx facility, ensuring efficient service delivery and client support.
Supervise intake, bed assignments, case management coordination, and the distribution of mail, lockers, meal cards, and medications.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure regular recreation activities for residents.
Ensure adequate staffing at all times and oversee facility maintenance, cleaning staff, and fire safety compliance.
Collaborate with security authorities to uphold daily safety and security within the program.
Manage community relations and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed to sustain a safe environment.
