The role
The Cloud Engineer will lead data and application migrations from on-premises to a cloud-based Microsoft 365/Azure environment, ensuring a cost-effective and secure transition.
Responsibilities include migrating data, administering Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, and monitoring system health.
You will conduct risk assessments, define technical requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs during and after migration.
Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell, implement security and compliance policies, and manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
Ensure seamless integration, security, and performance of Microsoft 365 apps, while driving optimization and cost savings in the cloud.
A proactive, detail-oriented engineer with strong communication and Terraform/IaC skills will thrive in this role.
