The role
Join a mission-driven team to train Claude as the premier virtual collaborator across productivity, knowledge management, and domain-specific workflows. Design and implement reinforcement learning pipelines and environments tailored to enterprise use cases, including integration of real organizational data. Build and scale a data creation platform for high-quality open-ended tasks with domain experts and crowdworkers. Develop robust rubric-based evaluation systems to maintain quality while preventing reward hacking. Enable advanced document manipulation capabilities, including understanding, enhancement, and co-creation, while aligning training with shipped features. Thrive in a highly collaborative, ambiguity-rich environment, balancing research rigor with shipping deadlines and communicating effectively across data operations, model training, and product teams.
