The role
You will manage and negotiate a broad range of private equity, growth equity, venture capital, co-investments, secondaries, and related investments for funds and client accounts in North America.
Act as lead transaction counsel, overseeing execution and negotiating the full suite of deal documents.
Coordinate with external counsel and work closely with portfolio managers, legal, compliance, tax, and operations during execution.
Advise internal stakeholders and help establish, refine and monitor internal investment processes and information barriers.
Analyze and address regulatory issues affecting the investment platform, including conflicts of interest and relevant securities and investment acts.
Drive initiative, training, and communication, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
