The role
Provide day-to-day, business-oriented legal guidance to internal partners, primarily in Global Technology.
Advise stakeholders on legal risks, operational considerations, and decision-making options for technology initiatives.
Draft, review, and negotiate technology, vendor, and service contracts to support strategic objectives.
Develop contract strategies aligned with business needs and risk tolerance, delivering practical, solutions-oriented recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal counsel to ensure compliance and business continuity.
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
