The role
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and enterprise-grade integrations at scale as a Junior AI Software Engineer.
Collaborate across the full project lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and iteration.
Implement AI workflows using IBM watsonx or comparable platforms, integrating with client systems.
Build robust APIs, RESTful services, and microservices with attention to documentation and code quality.
Operate in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment with mentorship from senior engineers and leadership.
Hybrid in-office schedule in Woodbridge, Ontario—3 to 4 days per week, with competitive CAD compensation.
