The role
Join the Global VE Center of Excellence as an Associate Value Engineer and partner with sales and customers to craft AI-enabled solutions on a Process Intelligence platform.
Work with clients in the DACH region to uncover core business challenges, frame quantitative value, and present recommendations to senior executives to drive investment decisions.
Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning, large language models, and orchestration technologies, delivering proofs of concept.
Lead change management and value realization to ensure a positive ROI and sustained business impact.
Build trusted relationships through technical and business acumen, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence AI innovations and reusable assets.
Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and cross-regional collaboration, with travel to the DACH region and a 12-month program featuring hands-on engagements and structured training; relocation to Munich/Zurich after onboarding.
